LINEAR RAIL HRC/ARC/ERC
Ball chain as option
Linear rail guides with optional ball chain for sizes 15-45. The HRC/ARC/ERC systems have the four steel ball rows in a O-type arrangement which gives a 45-degree contact angle to the rail, which in turn achieves an equally high load capacity in all four directions. The linear rail guides also have larger and more steel balls that increase the load capacity, moment, and torsional stiffness.

Quiet operation and extended service life with ball chain
Rail guide with ball chain keep the balls separated within the slider and offers high contact area between balls and ball chain, which keeps the lubricant film intact and provides a low noise level with extended service life. The ball chain does not affect the dimensions of the slider, so they can be used on the same type of rails..

Dustproof design
The completely sealed design helps prevent dust ingress and reduce lubricant loss, often resulting in extended service life.
Reinforcement plate
The L-shaped stainless-steel reinforcement plates with bottom latches help cover and strengthen the end caps, allowing high-speed/stronger impact applications.
