BELT CONVEYORS

Rollco belt conveyors are used in a wide range of industries for the safe and efficient transportation of products and components. They are suitable for everything from simple transfers between workstations to integrated automation solutions in production lines.

Our belt conveyors are available in two sizes, BF40 and the larger BF80 model. They are designed for manufacture in several standard widths, while the length is always adapted to the requirements of the application. The conveyors are built on an aluminium profile frame with a stainless steel slide plate and components in steel or aluminium.

Thanks to their modular design, the conveyors can be adapted to meet specific requirements regarding length, width, speed, and load capacity. They can also be equipped with different types of belts, drive solutions, and accessories. The belt conveyors are available with both end drive and centre drive configurations, with centre drive being the preferred option for reversible operations.

TAILORED TO YOUR APPLICATION

The size of the belt conveyor is often determined by the accumulated weight, size, or quantity of goods to be transported. We are happy to help you find the right solution based on your specific requirements.

We offer several options, such as bent metal plates and adjustable conveyor guides. Conveyor guides are ideal for diverting, accumulating, or guiding products. We also offer knife-edge solutions for smooth transfers between two belt conveyors. Knife-edge ends can be fitted on both sides of the conveyor, reducing the end diameter to Ø 20 mm. Knife-edge solutions are commonly used in industries such as food processing and pharmaceuticals. Don´t hesitate to contact us for advice regarding your specific application.

WIDE RANGE OF BELTS

We offer a wide range of standard belts. If your application requires a special belt, we will help you find the right alternative. We have several solutions that meet the requirements of most industrial environments.

We also offer different types of cleats/belt profiles. Belt profiles help separate products and maintain their position on the belt, particularly in inclined or declined applications.

CUSTOM-MADE BELT STANDS

We offer stands for all our belt conveyors. The stands are made to order from aluminium profiles and customised to fit the conveyor perfectly. They can be supplied with adjustable or fixed feet, as well as castors. Covers and protective hoods are also available when required.

SPECIAL SOLUTIONS

SHORT LEAD TIMES AND LOCAL PRODUCTION

Our belt conveyors are manufactured in our workshop in Helsingborg, Sweden. Thanks to our standardised design concept, we can offer short lead times while maintaining the flexibility to customise each solution according to the needs of the application.
