We offer a broad range of linear ball bearings, hardened steel shafts and accessories designed to deliver smooth and precise linear motion. The product range is suitable for handling systems, packaging machinery, medical technology, and many other industrial applications.

PRECISION SHAFTS FOR DEMANDING ENVIRONMENTS

Rollco precision shafts are characterized by high material quality, surface hardness, and surface quality, as well as high precision in terms of dimensions and shape. Available in size 5-80 mm (additional sizes on request).

The shafts are made of steel, hard chrome or two types of stainless steel (X46, X90). Stainless steel design is well suited for applications in medical technology, food industry, and other production lines. In cases where high wear resistance and even higher corrosion resistance are required, hard chrome plated precision shafts are a good alternative. We also stock hollow shafts and shafts with pre-drilled radial holes.

LINEAR BALL BEARINGS IN SEVERAL DESIGNS

Our linear ball bearings are available in closed, open, compact, or self-aligning versions. Closed bushings are suitable for unsupported shafts, while open bushings are used with supported shafts, typically for longer strokes. Compact versions are ideal where space is limited. We also offer stainless steel alternatives for environments with high hygiene or corrosion resistance requirements.

CUSTOMISED MACHINING

In our workshop in Helsingborg, we cut and machine shafts according to our customers' requirements. We can therefore offer great flexibility and fast deliveries. We have a well-developed machine park with the possibility of turning, milling, radial drilling and more.
