TIMING BELT CONVEYORS

Timing belt conveyors are often used when stepwise and precise positioning is required when transporting goods. The conveyor is also a flexible solution for lateral movement of long products with the added benefit of access for e.g. grippers or lifting devices. The possibility of using a toothed belt with cleats, makes the timing belt conveyor a good solution for inclined/declined transport of goods.

Our timing belt conveyors are available in two sizes, TB40 and the larger model TB80. It is possible to choose a single timing belt or a system with two or more synchronously driven parallel timing belts. What size and how many synchronously driven timing belts are needed is often determined by the weight, size and amount of goods to be transported.

The conveyors are built on a frame of aluminium profiles and the timing belt runs in a guiding list made of Polyethylene plastic, which ensures good control and low friction for the belt during operation. The timing belt is available in several designs. Standard, with surface coating or with cleats. You are welcome to contact us if your application requires any special coating or specially adapted cleats that we do not show on our website. The timing belt is end driven with several different options for positioning the motor.

TB40 and TB80 have been extensively tested over its full performance range of speeds, loads, and lengths, together with our standard drive units.

STAND

We offer stands for all our timing belt conveyors. The stands are manufactured from aluminium profiles to order and are guaranteed to 100% fit the conveyor. The stand may be delivered with floor-fixable L-feet or knuckle feet.
