Rollco Acquires Almotion B.V.

Rollco AB has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Almotion B.V. The acquisition was completed on July 1, 2026.

Almotion B.V., based in the Netherlands, was founded in 2000. Over the years, the company has developed a wide range of linear driven units and acquired several patents in the field. Today, Almotion offers a comprehensive portfolio of belt-driven linear units, which are developed and manufactured in Elst. The product range also includes various types of linear guides and pneumatic components.

Almotion is now part of Rollco Group. The acquisition represents another step in Rollco’s long-term strategy of being a leading partner in the development and production of automation and linear motion solutions.
